劳动关系与人力资源学院简介及专业介绍-School of Labor Relations and Human Resources and its Disciplines

劳动关系与人力资源学院是学校开展普通本科学历教育的骨干学院,是全国首家被教育部批准设立劳动关系普通本科专业的学院。目前,劳动关系与人力资源学院设有三个普通本科专业:劳动关系专业、人力资源管理专业和工商专业。劳动关系和人力资源管理两个专业均为国家级一流本科专业建设点。


1、劳动关系

人才培养目标 劳动关系本科专业培养契合中央构建和谐劳动关系的总体要求,以深厚劳动情怀、多元知识体系和综合实践能力为基础,具有强烈社会责任感,具备国际视野、人文素养、创新意识、团队精神和沟通技能。我们致力于为企业培养具有解决劳动关系合规和风险防范的员工关系管理专家;为工会培养具有工会意识、熟悉工会工作各模块、全流程的未来工会专家;能够在人力资源与社会保障部门迅速适应工作的专业型人才;以及各类从事劳动风险防范化解和劳动关系协调机制工作的特殊技能人才。

师资情况 劳动关系专业现有专任教师11人。其中,教授2人,副教授2人。全部教师具有研究生以上学历,博士学位教师10人,占教师总数的91%;4名教师具有海外访学经历,占37%。劳动关系专业有校内研究生导师9 人,其中教授5名,副教授4名。

课程设置 鉴于劳动关系学科是多学科知识交叉形成的边缘学科,其专业培养方案以经济学、法学、管理学和社会学作为四大学科支柱,包括劳动关系概论、西方经济学、劳动经济学、劳动法、人力资源管理、社会学概论、劳动争议处理制度与实务、比较劳动关系与国际劳动标准、统计学原理、社会科学研究方法等课程。各门课程强调实践,强化案例,强培技能,突出教学中的实践环节。在实践教学、实验教学、双语教学等方面凸显特色,使学生达到培养规格,力求使学生具备相应的实务工作能力。

专业特色与专业综合改革情况 劳动关系专业是适应我国社会转型和市场经济发展的需要,建立在经济学、管理学、 法学和社会学的学科平台上的交叉应用型学科。

(1)深耕课程体系建设,建立综合全面的知识基础。在知识结构上,要求学生掌握扎实的基础理论知识和工具能力,并具备前沿性的劳动关系专业理论知识和实务能力。

(2)强化以实践教学模式,让劳动关系人才在毕业之后更加具有竞争力。打造“三提升”路径:提升对劳资矛盾和争议原因的精准判断能力,提升对劳动关系管理实务的运用能力,提升对劳动法务工具的驾驭能力;建立多种专业实践基地和实验室,加强实践性教学环节。

(3)引入新教学技术推动教学理念的实践。多年来,专业通过多种举措不断探索提高课堂教学质量的方法路径与教学方式,提倡采用讨论式、启发式、研究式、讲评式、情景模拟等多样化的教学方法,以调动学生自主学习、激发学生求知欲和创造性为主要目标。

(4)以本科生导师制为依托,构建系统的学生培养体系。从实习、论文、科研管理等方面加强对学生的针对性指导。


2、人力资源管理

人才培养目标 立足国家社会经济发展和新文科建设需要,发挥学校劳动学科特色的优势,培养既熟悉劳动关系管理体系,又熟练掌握现代人力资源管理理论和工具,能够从事人力资源管理专业工作的跨专业、应用型、复合型人才。

师资情况 人力资源管理专业现有专任教师34人,其中,教授3人,副教授7人。全部教师具有硕士以上学历,博士学位教师32人,占教师总数的94%;多名教师具有海外访学经历,专业教师科研成果丰硕,在学界和社会上有一定影响。

课程设置 人力资源管理专业课程体系围绕学生的核心能力,培养学生动手实践的能力,突出学生的职业素养,并分为四个部分:学科专业基础课、专业课、专业实验实践课和专业任选课。学科专业基础课包括管理学、高等数学、西方经济学、人力资源管理、劳动关系、劳动法学、劳动经济学、心理学、市场营销、统计学等课程;专业课包括工作分析、组织行为学、绩效管理、薪酬管理、员工培训与开发、人才测评理论与方法、职业生涯管理、人力资源管理学术外语等课程;专业实验实践课包括人力资源管理软件、模拟招聘、人事经理角色扮演等课程;专业任选课包括企业文化、企业战略管理、社会保险管理、危机管理、公司法、领导学等课程。

专业特色 人力资源管理专业建立于2004年,专业教学及科研力量雄厚,是“双万计划”国家一流本科专业建设点。人力资源管理专业特色鲜明:

(1)课程体系具有鲜明的劳动关系特色:劳动关系专业与人力资源管理专业课程交叉融合,培养学生既具有劳动争议协调处理技能,同时又熟练掌握现代 人力资源管理理论、工具和技能。

(2)人才培养体系具有鲜明的劳模特色:本专业承担为全国劳模进行学历提升和知识传授的重要使命,不仅培养劳模的人力资源管理专业能力,同时也将劳模精神嵌入人才培养的全过程,弘扬诚实劳动、勤勉工作的价值理念。

(3)实践体系具有鲜明的劳动教育特色:借助学校劳动学科和大量劳模学生的优势,打造“实践课程+学科竞赛+学术研究+社会实践+读书会”五位一体的专业实践体系,将劳动教育理念渗入到实践教学的各个环节。


3、工商管理

人才培养目标 工商管理专业立足数字化转型和新商科发展需要,坚持“立德守正、崇劳创新”,培养具有扎实管理理论和突出数智化技能、适应市场需求,政治合格,劳动情怀深厚的高素质应用型数据分析与决策方向的工商管理专门人才。毕业后可到各类企事业单位从事数据分析与决策、数字化运营管理及研究等工作。

师资情况 工商管理专业现拥有专业任课教师30人,其中教授4人、副教授10人、讲师16人。全部教师均拥有博士学位,均毕业于国内外知名院校。

课程设置 在坚持学校特点的基础上,设置了管理学、微观 经济学、宏观经济学、统计学、市场营销学、会计学、财务管理、经济法、管理信息系统等九门核心课程。围绕专业核心课程,开设了企业管理模拟、商务实务、创业管理、市场分析与数据处理、商务智能、平台战略、用户体验与服务管理、网络数据分析、高级数据分析等课程。

专业特色

(1)课程体系具有鲜明的数智化应用特色本专业强化数学与计算机结合的数智化应用课程,其课程数占比超过60%,培养学生既有深厚管理理论,又熟练掌握数据分析与决策方法、工具和技能,理解大数据对组织劳动及用工管理的深刻影响,能应用大数据提升不同场景下劳动关系及管理决策能力,以适应企事业单位的数字化管理与决策转型需求。

(2)人才培养体系具有鲜明的社会主义劳动价值观特色本专业在课程内容、教学设计、实践实训、学科竞赛等人才培养的各个环节和过程都嵌入劳动者意识、责任担当等元素,强调社会主义劳动价值观的引领,以培养既懂管理又有和谐劳动关系意识的专门人才,回归育人初心。

  (3)实践体系具有鲜明的立体多维集成协同特色实践教学体系是应用型人才培养的根本路径。本专业构建了一套集校内外导师(校内教师与校外企业高管)、素材(教材教案和案例大数据)、平台(线上线下融合的实践系统平台和双创中心)、多点(课堂、实验中心和实训基地)、场景(业务场景再现和沙盘模拟)、质量(试题竞赛和企业反馈)多维立体的集成协同的专业特色实践教学体系,为培养高素质的应用型数据分析与决策的工商管理专门人才提供坚实基础。



School of Labor Relations and Human Resources and its Disciplines

As the backbone part of CULR's regular undergraduate education, the School of Labor Relations and Human Resources is China's first MOE-approved school to set up the regular undergraduate major of labor relations. The school presently offers three regular undergraduate majors: labor relations, human resource management and business management. The former two are both listed in the national first-class undergraduate programs.


1. Labor relations

Talent cultivation objectives: the undergraduate program of labor relations conforms to the general requirements of the central government on building harmonious labor relations, and cultivates students' deep love of labor, diversified knowledge structure, comprehensive practical abilities, strong sense of social responsibility, international vision, humanistic quality, innovative awareness, teamwork spirit and communication skill. The Department is committed to developing the experts of employment relation management specialized in labor relations compliance and risk prevention for enterprises, the future experts with labor union consciousness and familiarization of the whole process and individual steps of labor work for labor unions, the professionals quickly adaptive to the departments of human resource and social security, and the special skills talents engaged in labor risk prevention and resolution as well as labor relations coordination.

Faculty: The Department of Labor Relations has 11 full-time teachers, including 2 professors and 2 associate professors. All of them hold master's degrees or above, including 10 PhD degrees, a proportion of 91%, and 4 teachers have overseas visiting experience, with a proportion of 37%. The Department has 9 postgraduate supervisors, including 5 professors and 4 associate professors.

Curriculum setting: Since the discipline of labor relations is a marginal discipline formed by interdisciplinary knowledge, its professional training program takes the four disciplines of economics, law, management science and sociology as the pillars, covering the courses like introduction to labor relations, western economics, labor economics, labor law, human resource management, introduction to sociology, labor dispute settlement system and practice, benchmarking labor relations against international labor standards, statistical principles and sociology science methodology. These courses stress on practice, case study and skill cultivation, thus highlighting the practice part in teaching. The characteristic practical teaching, experimental teaching and bilingual teaching enable students to meet the educational standards and own corresponding working capabilities.

Discipline characteristics and comprehensive reform: The discipline of labor relations is an alternate application discipline based on economics, management science, law and sociology to meet China's needs of social transition and development of market-oriented economy.

(1) Deepening the curriculum system development and consolidating a holistic knowledge basis. With respect to the knowledge structure, students are required to have strong basic theoretical knowledge and instrumental abilities as well as cutting-edge professional theories and practical abilities centered on labor relations.

(2) Strengthening the practical teaching model to improve the competitiveness of labor relations graduates. The pathway of "improving three abilities" is adopted, i.e. the improving the ability of accurately judging the cause of labor-capital conflicts and disputes, improving the ability of applying labor relations management, and improving the ability of using the labor-related legal instruments. Diversified professional practice bases and laboratories are established to strengthen the practical teaching.

(3) Introducing new teaching techniques to implement the teaching philosophy. Over the past years, the Department took several measures to find new methods, paths and teaching modes to improve the class teaching quality, and advocated diversified teaching modes like discussion, enlightenment, research, commentary and scenario simulation to spur students' motivation of independent study and inspire their desire for knowledge and creativity.

(4) Building a systematic student cultivation system on the basis of undergraduate tutorial system. Pertinent guidance is provided to students in the aspects of probation, thesis and scientific research management.


2. Human resource management

Talent cultivation objectives: Targeting at China's needs of socioeconomic development and building New Liberal Arts, and giving full play to CULR's advantage of labor-related disciplines, the Department aims to cultivate the talents with interdisciplinary, applied and comprehensive knowledge that are familiar with the labor relations management system, skillful in using modern human resource management theories and tools, and capable of taking human resource management jobs.

Faculty: The Department of Human Resource Management has 34 full-time teachers, including 3 professors and 7 associate professors. All of them hold master's degrees or above, including 32 PhD degrees, a proportion of 94%. Many of them have overseas visiting experience and fruitful scientific research results with both academic and social influence.

Curriculum setting: Concentrating on students' core capabilities, the curriculum system of human resource management cultivates the students' practical ability, especially the vocational quality, and includes four parts: basic courses of discipline, professional courses, professional experiment and practice courses and professional optional courses. The basic courses of discipline include management science, advanced mathematics, western economics, human resource management, labor relations, labor law, labor economics, psychology, marketing, statistics, etc. The professional courses include work analysis, organizational behaviors, performance management, remuneration management, staff training and development, talent assessment theory and methodology, career management, academic foreign languages for human resource management, etc. The professional experiment and practice courses include human resource management software, simulated recruitment, role playing as HR manager, etc. The professional optional courses include corporate culture, corporate strategy management, social insurance management, crisis management, corporate law, leadership, etc.

Discipline characteristics: Set up in 2004, the Department of Human Resource Management has strong professional teaching and research strength, and is a national first-class undergraduate program of the MOE's "Double Ten Thousand Plan". The Department has below distinctive characteristics:

(1) The curriculum system has distinctive characteristics of labor relations: The discipline of labor relations combined with professional human resource course enables students to maintain the skills of labor dispute reconciliation and the theory, tools and skills of modern human resource management.

(2) The talent cultivation system has distinctive characteristics of model workers: The discipline undertakes the important mission of improving both educational background and knowledge structure of model workers across China. It not only cultivates the professional ability of human resource management of model workers, but also integrates the spirit of model workers into the process of talent cultivation to promote the value of honesty and diligence.

(3) The practice system has distinctive characteristics of labor education: Relying on CULR's advantages of labor discipline and a large number of model worker students, the "five-in-one" professional practice of "practical course + discipline competition + academic research + social practice + reading club" is built up to combine the labor education with all steps of practical teaching.


3. Business administration

Talent cultivation objectives: Targeting at the needs of digital transformation and development of new business, and upholding the principles of "keeping virtue and integrity, respect for labor and innovation", the Department cultivates the business administration professional talents with solid management theoretical basis, excellent digital and intelligent skills adaptive to market needs, qualified political stand and deep affection of labor in the direction of high-quality applied data analysis and decision. The graduates will be engaged in data analysis and decision, digital operation and management, research, etc. in various government-sponsored institutions and enterprises.

Faculty: The Department of Business Administration now has 30 full-time teachers, including 4 professors, 10 associate professors and 16 lecturers. All of them hold PhD degrees of famous universities at home and abroad.

Curriculum setting: Following the characteristics of CULR, nine major courses are provided, i.e. management, microeconomics, macroeconomics, statistics, marketing, accounting, financial management, economic law and management information system. Other courses include simulated enterprise management, business practice, business startup management, market analysis and data processing, business intelligence, platform strategy, user experience and service management, cyber data analysis, advanced data analysis, etc..

Discipline characteristics

(1) The curriculum system has distinctive characteristics of digital and intelligent application. The Discipline stresses on the mathematics-computer-combined courses of digital and intelligent application with a proportion of over 60%, enabling students to have solid management theory basis, be familiar with the methods, tools and skills of data analysis and decision, understand the profound influence of big data on organizational labor and labor management, and make use of big data to improve labor relations and management decision ability in different scenarios, so as to satisfy the digital management and decision transformation needs of government-sponsored institutions and enterprises.

(2) The talent cultivation system has distinctive characteristics of socialist labor value. The Department integrates the elements such as labor awareness and sense of responsibility in every part of talent cultivation like curriculum content, teaching design, practice and drill, and academic competition, stresses on the guiding role of socialist labor value, and cultivates the professional talents with management knowledge and awareness of harmonious labor relations, thus remaining true to the original aspiration of education.

(3) The practice system has distinctive characteristics of multidimensional integration and collaboration. The practical teaching system is the fundamental way to develop applied talents. The Department provides a special-featured practical teaching system of multidimensional integration and collaboration of tutors inside and outside the university (university teachers and enterprise executives), materials (teaching materials, cases and big data), platforms (online and offline practical system platform and the mass entrepreneurship and innovation center), sites (classroom, experiment center and training base), scenarios (reproduced business scenario and sand table simulation) and quality (test competition and enterprise feedback), which lay a solid foundation for the cultivation of high-quality business administration talents capable of applied data analysis and decision.
