In 2018 and 2019, CULR hosted the seminarparticipated by trade union youthsfrom China’s Taiwan Region for two consecutive years with themes "New Era, New Opportunities, and Integrated Development Benefits Youth" and "Youth Chasing Dreams, Craftsmanship Building Dreams, Hand in Hand Realizing Dreams."

The seminar participated by trade union youths from China’s Taiwan Region is a cross-strait youth exchange program brand that aims to deepen the exchange between youth trade unions across the strait, enhance mutual understanding, promote integrated development, and facilitate spiritual harmony. This event further encourages young people from China’s TaiwanRegion to come to the mainland for study, employment, and life, allowing youth from both sides of the strait to communicate, understand each other, and build friendships. It explores the characteristics of trade unions, innovates exchange methods, and jointly reflects on the historical responsibilities that youth should shoulder in the journey of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
