School of Labor Relations and Human Resources

The School of Labor Relations and Human Resources is a key school for CULR to carry out undergraduate education, and it is the first school in China approved by the Ministry of Education to establish undergraduate programs in labor relations. Currently, the School of Labor Relations and Human Resources offers three undergraduate programs: Labor Relations, Human Resource Management, and Business Administration. Both the Labor Relations and Human Resource Management programs are national first-class undergraduate program construction sites, and the Business Administration program has been approved as a first-class undergraduate program construction site in Beijing.

The School of Labor Relations and Human Resources is the earliest pioneer in the academic field of labor relations in China, and has been a promoter of the transformation of China's labor relations system since the reform and opening up. After years of development, it has become an important base for labor science research in China. The school currently has 38 faculty members, mainly young and middle-aged teachers, 93% of whom have doctoral degrees. The school actively participates in international academic exchanges, collaborating with top universities and research institutions such as the International Labour Organization, Cornell University, Rutgers University, University of Minnesota in the United States, University of Montreal in Canada, and Korea Labor Institute.
