The School of Trade Union Cadres Training is a secondary school under the CULR, responsible for managing the planned cadre education and training work assigned by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions. The main courses include training of presidents of city-level trade unions, training of presidents of county-level trade unions, training of local party and government leaders in charge of and in contact with trade unions, training of trade union cadres assisting western regions of China, and training of teachers for trade union colleges and universities. Additionally, the school assists various departments of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and industrial unions in managing various scheduled training programs held at the school. Moreover, while ensuring the completion of the ACFTU's scheduled training tasks, the school also undertakes a moderate number of unscheduled training projects commissioned by trade unions at different levels.
