At the invitation of the China University of Labor Relations (CULR), President Jeon Yun-ki led a delegation of 5 people from the Korea University of Technology and Education (KUTE) to visit our university on June 15. At 10:00 a.m., the two sides held a cooperation meeting in the conference room on the third floor of the office building. Yan Hui, Secretary of the Party Committee of the CULR, and Li Deqi, President of the CULR, attended the meeting.
Yan Hui, Secretary of the Party Committee of CULR, first extended a warm welcome to the delegation from the KUTE on behalf of the CULR, and introduced the history, majors, cadre training, and higher vocational and technical education of the CULR to the delegation. The delegation members expressed their gratitude for the warm reception from the CULR and introduced the basic information about the KUTE, including its history, departments, international cooperation and exchanges, labor training management, campus and facilities. Subsequently, the two sides had in-depth discussions on how to carry out inter-school cooperation. Both parties agreed that there is great potential for cooperation between the two universities, and tentatively agreed to gradually develop substantive cooperation in student exchanges, sending students for further studies and credit recognition, teacher training, research cooperation, academic exchanges, and providing legal training in the field of labor for Korean-owned enterprises in China. Finally, the two sides signed a memorandum of understanding and a supplementary cooperation agreement. After the meeting, the delegation visited the campus.
The visit of the delegation from the KUTE further established the inter-school cooperation relationship with the CULR, enhanced the friendship between the two universities, and laid the foundation for the orderly development of future exchange and cooperation projects.
