From November 29 to December 4, Associate Professors Wen Xiaoyi, Sun Bo and Ye Ying from the School of Labor Relations and Human Resources of our university to attend the 2016 Conference on Labor and Employment Relations in China’s Taiwan Region hosted by the Chung-Hua Labor and Employment Relations Association. This conference invited about 200 representatives from social groups, academic institutions, and various sectors including labor, management, and government from the China’s Taiwan region, Chinese mainland, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and Macao Special Administrative Region.
Associate Professor Sun Bo delivered a keynote report entitled "The Positioning and Role of People in Organizations - The Main Context Behind the Evolution of Human Resource Management", and Associate Professor Wen Xiaoyi made an academic report entitled "The Course of Rules - A Typological Study of Collective Bargaining in China" at the conference.
In addition to attending the aforementioned conference, the three teachers also visited Chinese Culture University, National Chengchi University, National Chung Cheng University, and the Chung-Hua Labor and Employment Relations Association for a series of tours and academic discussions.
