At the invitation of CULR’s International Academic Exchange Center, Dr. Mawdudur Rahman, a senior professor of accounting and Director of the College of Global Knowledge at Suffolk University in Boston, USA, recently visited the China University of Labor Relations (CULR) and had extensive discussions with young faculty members from the School of Business Administration on issues related to teaching, research, and international cooperation in the field of accounting. Professor Mawdudur Rahman expressed his hope that through this exchange, the two universities could enhance their cooperation in the field of accounting. Both parties have reached a preliminary intention for teachers and students of the CULR to participate in short-term training and academic visits to Suffolk University.

As the Director of the College of Global Knowledge, Professor Mawdudur Rahman also formally invited teachers from the CULR to attend the Global Knowledge Annual Conference held at the University of International Business and Economics in 2010.
