Second, pay close attention to the low willingness of working-age people to find jobs. Third, pay close attention to the decline of labor participation rate. Fourth, actively explore new problems brought by the new employment model. Fifth, pay attention to the positive role of trade unions in stabilizing labor relations in a special period.
