On the afternoon of December 1, Mr. Horst Mund, Head of the Department of International Policy of the IG Metall, Mr. Stein Weiss in charge of China affairs of the International Department of the IG Metall, and Mr. Sven Schwersensky from the Beijing Representative Office of the Friedrich Ebert Foundation visited the China University of Labor Relations (CULR). President Li Deqi met with the delegation and held discussions with the guests.

Both sides reviewed the fruitful cooperation in recent years and agreed to further strengthen exchanges in multiple areas in the future, especially in such areas as simulating wage negotiations and worker training. Both sides also had in-depth discussions on topics of common interest, including collective wage bargaining, democratic management, and labor dispatch.
