On the morning of October 25th, our University and Canadore College of Applied Arts and Technology in Canada and Quanzhou College of Technology jointly organized cooperation and exchange activities of higher vocational education. It was held in Quanzhou College of Technology. Liu Lihong, member of University Council and Vice President of CULR, George Burton, President of Canadore College of Applied Arts and Technology in Canada, Chen Zhigang, Director of Quanzhou Higher Education Center, Yan Jinsong, Vice Chairman of Jinjiang Federation of Trade Unions, Wang Shusheng, the Executive Director, Lin Weiting, Dean and Wang Yanjun, the vice Dean of Quanzhou College of Technology presented at the event. Professor Luo Xuhua, Dean of Higher Vocational and Technical School of our university and relevant teachers from the three universities participated in the activity.

During the exchange, Vice President Liu Lihong and her entourage visited the university training facilities like teaching building, dormitory, student service center and robot training room of Quanzhou College of Technology, the public training base of financial media technology, the production and training base of Anta Group, practical training base of food engineering department, intelligent production training base for footwear design, finance and accounting training center and arts center.

In this cooperation and exchange program, the three universities conducted in-depth discussions on higher vocational education cooperation and jointly studied such mechanisms as student exchange and teacher selection, laying a solid foundation for further strengthening inter-school exchanges and cooperation.
