More than 30 people attended the event, including personnel-in-charge of secondary colleges and departments involved in international student education, Student Affairs Office, Security Office, Academic Affairs Office, Office of International Exchange and Cooperation, Finance Department, Logistics Management Department, Communist Youth League Committee, Library, as well as teacher representatives and Chinese and international student representatives.

Entrusted by Liu Xiangbing, Secretary of the CULR Party Committee, and Fu Deyin, President of CULR, Vice President Li Ke extended warm congratulations to Vladislav Panamarov, the international student who successfully completed his studies. In his address, Li Ke noted that this ceremony marked a historic breakthrough in the university's international education from scratch, and represented an important achievement of the university's collaborative education mechanism. The university has designed curricula focusing on excellent traditional Chinese culture, allowing Chinese and international students to study side by side. This arrangement not only enriches the public elective resources for Chinese students, but also promotes cross-cultural communication. Simultaneously, it provides a platform for teachers to conduct foreign language teaching and exchanges, accumulating valuable experience in international education, and bringing a successful conclusion to the university's international exchange endeavors during the 14th Five-Year Plan period. The successful training of Vladislav has added a new highlight to the partnership between CULR and the International University "MITSO", laying a solid foundation for further deepening cooperation in the future. Looking ahead to the 15th Five-Year Plan period, CULR will further expand dual-way exchange platforms for faculty and students, create more opportunities for mutual learning and common development of Chinese and international students, and contribute more to promoting dialogue among civilizations and enhancing international friendship.

Associate Professor Kong Min, Vice Dean of the School of Culture and Communication, which serves as the principal unit responsible for international student education, delivered a summary report on the teaching work for international students in this semester on behalf of CULR. She noted that thanks to the overall coordination of CULR, 17 teachers from the School of Marxism, Law School, School of Culture and Communication, School of Labor Education, School of Hotel Management and Department of Public Teaching successfully completed their teaching tasks. Through systematic curriculum design and diversified practical arrangements, the international student has made remarkable progress in language ability, cultural understanding and professional vision. Some faculty members also participated in the Workshop on Chinese Context Courses for International Students in Beijing Universities organized by the Beijing Municipal Education Commission, with their teaching plans selected as excellent cases.

A video reviewing the international student's academic performance and campus life was played at the ceremony, vividly showing his growth and progress during his study.

Faculty and student representatives from the School of Culture and Communication and the School of Labor Education delivered speeches respectively, extending sincere wishes and earnest expectations to the international student. Vladislav reviewed his study experience at CULR, expressed sincere gratitude to the university, teachers and classmates, and stated that he would continue to work hard to contribute to cultural exchanges between China and other countries.

Vice President Li Ke then presented the completion certificate to Vladislav, followed by a group photo of all participants.
