On the morning of April 17, 2009, Rio Moke, Secretary General of the Central Organization of the Uganda Free Trade Union, led a delegation of 12 people to visit the China University of Labor Relations (CULR). Li Huadong, Vice President of the CULR, received the delegation on behalf of the university.
Vice President Li Huadong first welcomed the delegation on behalf of the university and introduced the history, program offerings, cadre training, and higher vocational and technical education of the CULR to the delegation. The delegation members asked detailed questions of concern about the CULR and shared some information about Uganda based on their experiences. Professor Cui Shengxiang and Associate Professor Wang Xiangqian from the CULR also provided an overview of China's labor legislation to the Ugandan delegation.
After the symposium, Vice President Li Huadong led the delegation members to visit the campus.
