At the invitation of National Chung Cheng University, Shen Qinqin, Vice President of the China University of Labor Relations (CULR), led a delegation to attend the "6th Cross-Strait Organizational Behavior and Talent Development Academic Seminar" and exchange views with some universities in China's Taiwan Region.
Nearly 170 experts and scholars from more than 20 universities across the two sides of the Taiwan Strait attended this academic seminar hosted by National Chung Cheng University. Vice President Shen Qinqin delivered speeches on behalf of the CULR at the opening and closing ceremonies of the seminar, and gave a keynote report titled "The Impact of the Development Trend of the Chinese Mainland Labor Market on Building Harmonious Labor Relations". The delegation members including Fu Lin, Wen Xiaoyi, and Li Hongjian, presided over and gave keynote speeches at the sub-forums, respectively. CULR teachers had in-depth exchanges and communications with scholars from China’s Taiwan Region and the Chinese mainland on various issues in the field of human resource management and labor relations.
During the visit, the delegation also had exchanges with universities and research institutions including National Chung Cheng University, Chinese Culture University, National University of Kaohsiung, and the Taiwan Labor and Human Resources Association,and had discussions and negotiations on cooperation with the above-mentioned institutions in academic research, faculty and student exchanges, and reached consensus on specific plans for future cooperation and exchanges.
