From May 27th to June 2nd, at the invitation of the Russian Academy of Labor and Social Relations, a 12-person graduate student delegation from our school went to visit Russia.
Professor Nikolai Grichenko, Honorary Principal of the Russian Academy of Labor and Social Relations, warmly received the delegation and gave a lecture on the topic of "Methods of Building a Socialist State". In the lecture, Professor Nikolai Grichenko introduced the history of the Russian Academy of Labor and Social Relations, elaborated on the characteristics of the socialist state and the ways and measures to build it, and explained the academy’s efforts made to achieve Russia’s national strategic goals.
During the visit, the delegation listened to Professor Ivanov’s academic report entitled "The Current Economic Situation, Economic System and Structure in Russia", and discussed with Professor Goncharov on the topic of "Practical Issues of Modern Trade Union Movement in the Far East". Alexander Reshetniko, assistant to the dean of the Russian Academy of Labor and Social Relations, issued certificates to the members of the delegation and sent good wishes to the teachers and students of our school. During the stay in Russia, the delegation of our school also visited Moscow State University and the Victory Square.
Through the visit to Russia, the graduate students broadened their horizons about expertise and social cognition and learned about the economic development, trade union movement, youth employment, income and living conditions of Russia under the new and old times, new and old policies. Their way of viewing and solving problems is also transformed, which leads to a deeper understanding of the relationship between the government, trade unions, the economy and society.
