On the afternoon of October 22, Professor Sloan Hart from the University of Münster in Germany was invited to the China University of Labor Relations (CULR) to give an academic lecture titled "Political Integration of European Immigrants and Their Integration with Enterprises". Professor Sloan Hart is a professor of political science at the University of Münster. He once served as the president of the Immigration Section of the German Political Science Association, a senior researcher at the American Transatlantic Association, and has published more than 40 monographs and co-authored works, as well as over 170 papers in German and English.

Professor Sloan Hart introduced the political and current situation of immigration in Europe from the history of European immigration, the integration of immigration politics and culture, the role of immigrants in enterprises, and the organizational forms of labor relations, providing students with an in-depth understanding of European immigration politics. Finally, the students had a discussion with Professor Sloan Hart on topics of interest.

The academic lecture was hosted by Professor Li Deqi, President of the CULR. He hoped that the lecture would broaden students' horizons, enabling them to have a high level of knowledge in the learning process and to understand, compare, and analyze issues from an international perspective.

Before the lecture, President Li and Professor Sloan Hart had a friendly discussion on continuing friendly exchanges and cooperation between the two universities.
