From May 17 to 23, three students from the Law School of China University of Labor Relations (CULR), including Zhang Juehan, Jin Jing, and Wu Yin, who entered the CULR in 2006, went to Belarus to participate in the 4th International Humanitarian Law Moot Court Competition "YOUTH FOR PEACE". The competition was organized by the International University "MITSO", and attended by teams from France, China, Russia, Belarus, Poland, Ukraine, Czech Republic, Romania, Kyrgyzstan, Austria, and other countries upon invitation.
The theme of this competition was "Humanitarian Law in the Context of Globalization". Through role-playing, simulated court sessions, and multinational conferences, the competition reflected the practical application of legal knowledge and the teamwork spirit of the participating teams. The competition had four awards, namely, first prize, second prize, Best Speaker, and Most Popular Team. The CULR team was rated the Most Popular Team in the welcome speech session.
During the competition, the students from our university had extensive exchanges with students from other countries, which not only improved their knowledge and broadened their horizons, but also established deep friendships.
