The main forum themed "Social and Labor Environment 2010" took place on March 22, with Russian as the official language, and only representatives from China and Sweden spoke in English. The students from the China University of Labor Relations chose two speech themes: "Young People's Problems at the Labor Market, Causes and Effects of Youth Unemployment" and "Social Partnership as a Constructive Method of Organizing Socio-Labor Relations". They adjusted their speeches in a timely manner according to the different situations in the main and sub-sessions, made multiple revisions and rehearsals, and achieved good results. In particular, during the English session in the afternoon, their presentation on the employment situation of Chinese university students sparked lively discussions among the attendees.
During the Discussion Club on March 23, attendees engaged in heated discussions on topics such as how to protect the rights of students and student workers during the financial crisis, and how to stimulate students' interest in research. Student Li Jin introduced the structure and functions of the student union and student association federation of the CULR, and briefly introduced the research situation of the students in the CULR.
The one-week exchange not only broadened the horizons of the CULR students, but also provided insights and experiences on labor relations and employment issues from abroad.
